15F.106 Benefits. Any applicant awarded financial assistance by the board under both the vision Iowa program established in section 15F.302 and the community attraction and tourism program established in section 15F.202 shall provide and pay at least fifty percent of the cost of a standard medical insurance plan for all full-time employees working at the project after the completion of the project for which financial assistance was received. 2000 Acts, ch 1174, §6
