16.62 Trust assets. The authority shall make application to and receive from the United States secretary of agriculture, or any other proper federal official, pursuant and subject to the provisions of Pub. L. No. 81-499, 64 Stat. 152 (1950), formerly codified at 40 U.S.C. §440 et seq.
