28A.12 Eminent domain procedures. If land in fee simple, rights in land, air, or water, easements or other interests in land, air, water, property, or property rights are acquired or sought to be acquired by the authority by condemnation, the condemnation procedure shall be in accordance with the eminent domain statutes of the state in which the affected property is located. 91 Acts, ch 198, §11 CS91, §330B.12 C93, §28A.12
