§ 29a-39

29A.39 Theft. Any officer or enlisted person of the national guard who willfully neglects or refuses to apply all money, in the officer’s or enlisted person’s possession drawn from the state treasury, to the purpose for which such money was appropriated or who fails or refuses to account for or return any state or federal property or funds in the officer’s or enlisted person’s possession shall be guilty of the crime of theft.
