29A.69 Officers and duties. The powers and duties of officers and enlisted personnel of the Iowa state guard shall be the same as those prescribed in this chapter for officers and enlisted personnel of the national guard and the punitive and disciplinary provisions of this chapter relating to the national guard shall be applicable to the Iowa state guard.
