§ 29a-98

29A.98 Statutes of limitations affected by military service. The period of military service shall not be included in computing any period limited by law, rule, or order for the bringing of any action or proceeding in any court, board, bureau, commission, department, or other agency of government by or against any service member or by or against the service member’s heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, whether the cause of action or the right or privilege to institute the action or proceeding has accrued prior to or during the period of military service. 2002 Acts, ch 1117, §32, 40 Referred to in §29A.105 Limitations of civil actions, see chapter 614 Limitations of criminal actions, see chapter 802
