29B.41 Continuances. A military judge or court-martial without a military judge may, for reasonable cause, grant a continuance to any party for such time, and as often, as may appear to be just. [C66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, §29B.41; 82 Acts, ch 1042, §24]
