29C.23 Statewide interoperable communications system. 1. The statewide interoperable communications system shall be under the joint purview of the department of public safety and the department of transportation. The departments shall jointly submit a biannual report to the statewide interoperable communications system board established in section 80.28, beginning July 1, 2016. 2.
