2C.22 Penalties. A person who willfully obstructs or hinders the lawful actions of the ombudsman or the ombudsman’s staff, or who willfully misleads or attempts to mislead the ombudsman in the ombudsman’s inquiries, shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
