§ 35.6

35.6 Contract with United States department of veterans affairs. A state agency or a political subdivision of this state operating a hospital or medical facility may contract with the United States department of veterans affairs to receive and to provide medical services to patients who are the responsibility of a United States department of veterans affairs hospital or medical facility in the same jurisdiction or medical service area. 88 Acts, ch 1011, §1; 2009 Acts, ch 26, §2
