35A.1 Definitions. 1. 'Commandant' means the commandant appointed pursuant to section 35A.8. 2. 'Commission' means the commission of veterans affairs established in section 35A.2. 3. 'Commissioner' means a member of the commission of veterans affairs. 4. 'Department' means the Iowa department of veterans affairs established in section 35A.4.
