6A.14 Unlawful diversion prohibited. Nothing in section 6A.13 shall give such corporation the right to change the course of any stream or watercourse where such right does not otherwise exist, nor, without the owner’s consent, to divert such stream or watercourse from any cultivated meadow or pasture land, when it only touches such lands at one point.
