8.61 Trust fund information. 1. The department of administrative services in cooperation with each appropriate agency shall track receipts to the general fund of the state which under law were previously collected to be used for specific purposes, or to be credited to, or be deposited to a particular account or fund, as provided in section 8.60. 2. The department of administrative services and each appropriate agency shall prepare reports detailing revenue from receipts previously deposited into each of the funds.
