8A.124 Additional personnel. The department may employ, upon the approval of the department of management, additional personnel in excess of the number of full-time equivalent positions authorized by the general assembly if such additional personnel are reasonable and necessary to perform such duties as required to meet the needs of the department to provide services to other governmental entities and as authorized by this chapter.
