8A.360 Special definitions. As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Biodiesel blended fuel' means the same as defined in section 214A.1. 2. 'Biofuel' means the same as defined in section 214A.1. 3. 'Determination period' means any twelve-month period beginning January 1 and ending December 31. 4. 'Ethanol blended gasoline' means the same as defined in section 214A.1. 5. 'Qualified renewable fuel' means ethanol blended gasoline or biodiesel blended fuel that meets the standards and classifications for that type of motor fuel as provided in section 214A.2. 2022 Acts, ch 1067, §33
