8B.16 Office debts and liabilities — appropriation request. If a service provided by the office and funded from an internal service fund established under section 8B.13 ceases to be provided and insufficient funds remain in the internal service fund to pay any outstanding debts and liabilities relating to that service, the chief information officer shall notify the department of management and the general assembly and request that moneys be appropriated from the general fund of the state to pay such debts and liabilities. 2013 Acts, ch 129, §17
