8B.26 Broadband permitting process — expeditious response. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary and in compliance with applicable federal laws and regulations, a political subdivision vested with permitting authority shall approve, approve with modification, or disapprove nonwireless, broadband-related permits within sixty business days following the submission of the necessary application requirements.
