8E.201 Agency duties and powers. Each agency shall administer the application of this chapter to the agency in cooperation with the department. Each agency shall measure and monitor progress toward achieving goals which relate to programs administered by the agency pursuant to the enterprise strategic plan, the agency strategic plan, and the agency performance plan. 2001 Acts, ch 169, §13
