9A.107 Suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew registration. 1. The secretary of state may limit, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a registration of an individual registered under section 9A.106, subsection 1, for conduct that would have justified refusal to issue a certificate of registration under section 9A.106, subsection 2. 2. The secretary of state may suspend or revoke the registration of an individual registered under section 9A.105, subsection 3, or renewed under section 9A.106, subsection 5, for any reason for which the secretary of state could have refused to grant or renew registration or for conduct that would justify refusal to issue a certificate of registration under section 9A.106, subsection 2. 2009 Acts, ch 33, §7; 2018 Acts, ch 1139, §17
