43.54 Right to place on ballot. Each candidate nominated pursuant to section 43.53 is entitled to have the candidate’s name printed on the official ballot to be voted for at the general election if the candidate files an affidavit in the form required by section 43.67 not later than 5:00 p.m. on the seventh day following the completion of the canvass.
