46.9A Notice preceding nomination of elective nominating commissioners. At least sixty days prior to the expiration of the term of an elective state or district judicial nominating commissioner or the expiration of the period within which a special election must be held, the state court administrator shall provide notice of the current or upcoming vacancy and the nomination and election process by making the notice publicly available on the judicial branch internet site, issuing a press release, and electronically notifying members of the bar.
