100D.11 Applicability. 1. The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to apply to a person licensed as an engineer pursuant to chapter 542B who provides consultation or develops plans or other work concerning the installation or design of fire protection systems. 2. The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to apply to a person only performing routine maintenance. 3.
