80B.10 Annual report. The council shall make an annual report to the governor, the attorney general, and the commissioner of public safety which shall include pertinent data regarding the standards established and the degree of participation of agencies in the training program. The report required by this section shall specifically include data regarding academy resources devoted to training relating to human trafficking.
