80B.14 Budget submitted to department of management. The Iowa law enforcement academy council shall annually submit estimates of its expenditure requirements to the department of management, in such form as required by chapter 8. The estimates shall include the costs of administration, maintenance, and operation, and the cost of any proposed capital improvements or additional programs.
