89B.3 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Commissioner' means the labor commissioner appointed pursuant to section 10A.203, or the labor commissioner’s designee. 2. 'Division' means the division of labor services of the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing. 3.
