96.51 Field office operating fund. A field office operating fund is created in the state treasury under the control of the department of workforce development. The fund is separate and distinct from the unemployment compensation fund. All moneys properly credited to and deposited in the fund are annually appropriated to the department of workforce development to be used for personnel and nonpersonnel costs of operating field offices. 2005 Acts, ch 170, §20
