97B.28 System deemed party to action. The system shall be deemed to be a party to any judicial action involving any such decision and may be represented in any such judicial action by any qualified attorney who is a regular salaried employee of the system or who has been designated by the system for that purpose or, at the system’s request, by the attorney general.
