97B.33 Payment to individuals. Upon final decision of the system, or upon final judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction, that any person is entitled to any payment or payments under this chapter, the system shall make payment to the person, provided that where judicial review of the system’s decision is or may be sought in accordance with the terms of the Iowa administrative procedure Act, chapter 17A, payment may be withheld pending such review.
