99G.6 Power to administer oaths and take testimony — subpoena. The administrator or the administrator’s designee if authorized to conduct an inquiry, investigation, or hearing under this chapter may administer oaths and take testimony under oath relative to the matter of inquiry, investigation, or hearing.
