123.118 Destruction. The sheriff shall, on receipt of such liquor, wine, or beer from the carrier, report the receipt to the district court of the sheriff’s county, and the court shall proceed to summarily enter an order for the destruction or forfeiture to the state of such liquor, wine, or beer.
