123.120 Attempt to destroy. The destruction of or attempt to destroy any liquid by any person while in the presence of peace officers or while a property is being searched by a peace officer, shall be competent evidence that such liquid is alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer and intended for unlawful purposes.
