123.126A Canned cocktails — applicability — manufacture. 1. Unless otherwise provided by this chapter, the provisions of this chapter applicable to beer shall also apply to canned cocktails. 2. Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, a manufacturer of beer may obtain and possess alcoholic liquor from the department for the purpose of manufacturing canned cocktails. 2019 Acts, ch 107, §3, 6; 2020 Acts, ch 1010, §1, 2; 2023 Acts, ch 19, §2431 Subsection 2 amended
