§ 123.27

123.27 Sales and deliveries prohibited. It is unlawful to transact the sale or delivery of alcoholic liquor in, on, or from the premises of a state warehouse: 1. After the closing hour as established by the director. 2. On any legal holiday except those designated by the director. 3. During other periods or days as designated by the director.
