123.34 Seasonal, fourteen-day, and five-day licenses — fees. 1. a. The director may issue eight-month seasonal class 'C', special class 'C', class 'D', and class 'F' retail alcohol licenses. b. The fee for an eight-month seasonal license issued pursuant to this subsection shall be fifty percent of the license fee for that class of license. 2. a. The director may issue fourteen-day class 'C', special class 'C', class 'D', and class 'F' retail alcohol licenses. b. A fourteen-day retail alcohol license, if granted, is valid for fourteen consecutive days. c. The fee for a fourteen-day retail alcohol license is one-quarter of the annual fee for that class of retail alcohol license. 3. a. The director may issue five-day class 'C', special class 'C', class 'D', and class 'F' retail alcohol licenses. b. A five-day retail alcohol license is valid for five consecutive days. c. The fee for the five-day retail alcohol license is one-eighth of the annual fee for that class of license. 4. A refund of fees paid shall not be made for seasonal licenses, or for fourteen-day or five-day retail alcohol licenses.
