123.51 Advertisements for alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer. 1. No signs or other matter advertising any brand of alcoholic liquor, beer, or wine shall be erected or placed upon the outside of any premises occupied by a licensee or permittee authorized to sell alcoholic liquor, beer, or wine at retail. However, signs or other advertising matter may be erected or placed inside the premises, inside a fence or similar enclosure which wholly or partially surrounds the premises, or inside a window facing outward from the premises. 2. Violation of this section is a simple misdemeanor.
