124E.15 Iowa patients and primary caregivers registering in the state of Minnesota. A patient or a primary caregiver with a valid medical cannabidiol registration card issued pursuant to this chapter may register in the state of Minnesota as a visiting qualified patient or primary caregiver and may register with one or more medical cannabis manufacturers registered under the laws of Minnesota. 2017 Acts, ch 162, §18, 25
