135K.1 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Approved course' means a course covering the testing and repair of backflow prevention assemblies which has been approved by the department. 2. 'Backflow prevention assembly' means a device or means to prevent backflow into the potable water system. 3. 'Department' means the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing. 4.
