137.115 Dissolution of county boards. Upon appointment of a district board, the county boards involved shall be dissolved and their powers and duties specified in section 137.104 transferred to the district board. All property and equipment in the custody of the county board shall either remain the property of the county or shall become the property of the district board, as so provided in the district board formation request submitted pursuant to section 137.106. 2010 Acts, ch 1036, §15
