137.116 Emergency request for funds. A local board of health may, during a public health disaster as defined in section 135.140 or in preparation for or response to such disaster, request additional appropriations which may upon approval of the director be allotted from the funds reserved for that purpose to the extent that funds are appropriated and available. Upon termination of the disaster response, the local board of health shall report its expenditures of emergency funds to the director. 2010 Acts, ch 1036, §16
