139A.7 Diseased persons moving — record forwarded. If a person known to be suffering from a communicable disease dangerous to the public health moves from the jurisdiction of a local board into the jurisdiction of another local board, the local board from whose jurisdiction the person moves shall notify the local board into whose jurisdiction the person is moving. 2000 Acts, ch 1066, §7
