144.45A Commemorative birth and marriage certificates. Upon application and payment of a thirty-five dollar fee, the director may issue a commemorative copy of a certificate of birth or a certificate of marriage. Fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the emergency medical services fund established in section 135.25 to support the development and enhancement of emergency medical services systems and emergency medical services for children. 97 Acts, ch 203, §20 Referred to in §144.18
