147.87 Enforcement. A board shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and the board’s enabling statute and for that purpose may request the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing to make necessary investigations. Every licensee and member of a board shall furnish the board or the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing such evidence as the member or licensee may have relative to any alleged violation which is being investigated.
