152B.6 Board duties. The board shall administer and implement this chapter. The board’s duties in these areas shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. The adoption, publication and amendment of rules, in accordance with chapter 17A, necessary for the administration and enforcement of this chapter. 2. The establishment of a system for the licensure of respiratory care practitioners and the establishment and collection of licensure fees. 3.
