341A.16 Civil suits. The commission shall initiate and conduct all civil suits necessary for the proper enforcement of this chapter and the rules of the commission. The commission shall be represented in such suits by the county attorney. In the case of the combined counties, any one or more of the county attorneys of such combined counties may be selected by the commission to represent it.
