341A.19 Aid from all county officers and employees. All officers and employees of each county shall aid in carrying out the provisions of this chapter. Rules as may, from time to time, be prescribed by the commission shall afford the commission, its members, and employees, all reasonable facilities and assistance in the inspection of books, documents, and accounts applying or in any way pertaining to all offices, places, positions, and employments subject to civil service. All officers and employees of a county shall produce books, documents, and accounts, and attend and testify, whenever required to do so by the commission or any commissioner.
