357A.10 Board meetings. The board shall meet annually on the same day as, and immediately following, the annual meeting of participating members, and may meet at such other times as it may determine, or upon the call of the chairperson or any two directors. At the first meeting of the initial board following its election, and at each succeeding annual board meeting, the board shall elect a chairperson, vice chairperson, secretary, and treasurer for the ensuing year.
