357A.4 Notice. The notice prepared by the auditor pursuant to section 357A.3 shall set forth: 1. The location of the area designated by the petitioners for incorporation in the proposed district, as described or shown by the original petition. 2. The time and place fixed by the supervisors for the hearing on the petition. 3. That all owners or tenants of real property within the boundaries described may appear and be heard. 4.
