358.3 Jurisdiction — decisions — records. The board of supervisors of the county in which the proposed sanitary district, or the major portion of the proposed sanitary district, is located shall have jurisdiction of the proceedings on the petition as provided in this chapter, and the decision of a majority of the members of the board shall be necessary for adoption. All orders of the board made under this chapter shall be spread at length upon the records of the proceedings of the board of supervisors, but need not be published under section 349.16.
