359.15 Hearing — order. If, at the time fixed for the hearing of a petition filed under section 359.14, the board is satisfied that there is a majority in favor of the change of name, the board shall make an order granting the name change, which shall be attested by the auditor, and recorded in the office of the recorder of the county.
