163.40 Definitions. As used in this subchapter: 1. 'Breeding bull' means a male animal of dairy or beef bovine genus used for breeding purposes. 2. 'Lease' when used as a verb means to physically deliver a breeding bull pursuant to a lease agreement. 3. 'Licensee' means a person required to obtain a license pursuant to section 163.41.
